Who collects your information

This website represents Shayna Jack. Enquiries are received and handled by Agency X, which manages Shayna’s speaking, media and commercial bookings. Agency X is the party responsible for the information you submit here.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form. Depending on the type of enquiry, that may include:

• Your name, organisation, work email address and phone number.
• Details of the opportunity — for example event name and date, location, audience size, format, budget range, deliverables or deadline.
• The brief and any notes you choose to include.

We ask only for what is needed to respond properly. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the brief.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, assess whether the opportunity is a fit, and if it proceeds, to arrange and deliver the booking. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Who sees it

• The Agency X team responsible for bookings.
• Shayna Jack, where the enquiry concerns her directly.
• Our service providers, strictly to operate this form: Vercel (website and form hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection). These providers process the data on our instructions only.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. Turnstile checks the browser session and does not profile you or track you across other websites.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while your request is being considered and, if a booking proceeds, for as long as needed to deliver it and to meet our record-keeping and tax obligations. Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
